He tenido hoy sábado por la tarde una urgencia oftalmológica y gracias a esta clínica no he arruinado mis vacaciones. Maravillosa atención y equipo humano. Gracias x el trato, el diagnóstico, vuestra rapidez y profesionalidad. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Me he realizado la operación del lente intraocular y no puedo estar más contenta. La doctora Lu Gan me lo ha explicado todo con detalle y ha sido muy atenta y amable resolviendo todas mis dudas.Inicié mi tratamiento para el ojo seco y finalmente opté también por operarme.

I had a wonderful experience with this team. I did a walk in on a Sunday due to a scratch that had caused an ulcer. The whole team was incredibly helpful – I’m a visitor from the US, but they very kindly helped me navigate everything in English. The doctor was great and walked me through pictures of my eye and a thorough treatment plan. I also have a follow up video appointment booked for when I’m back in the US. I feel much better and am grateful for this excellent practice!

I came on holidays with an eye infection that was misdiagnosed and not healing. I messaged the clinic as I woke up not being able to see out one eye – they were extremely responsive and took me in immediately! Both the receiptionist (Natalia) and ophthalmologist (Dr Guillermo) were extremely attentive and kind to me for my duration of the visit. It is clear that Dr.Guillermo has a lot of experience in the field and was able to diagnose me straight away and resolved a lot of the pain I was feeling just by this visit! The perscription he provided has also completely improved my infection. I am very grateful to of found them on this trip and would highly recommend anyone experiencing eye difficulities to go to this clinic. Thank you to Natalia and Dr.Guillermo for all your help!

I had an eye infection during my short trip in Madrid and came across this clinic, so I requested the earliest appointment. First of all, the response was super quick and they managed to get me an appointment at a convenient time and very fast. The admin and medical team all speak good english which was amazing. Dr. Garces is very good at explaining medical issues in very simple language and he immediately diagnosed me and gave me the required meds which were so effective. In brief, the care I received, was exceptional and I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks guys and keep it up
